0A. Bookings using the booking form are preferred over phone bookings.
0. Please don't send a booking through at the last minute on Saturday. This is our peak period to be sure you should book for Saturday at least one day in advance. All other days you are relatively safe.
1. Please be ready to enter the taxi 5 minutes before the booking time, Allow enough travel time for your destination, keeping in mind traffic conditions. Feel free to ask Graeme if you need help working this out. This is for unforeseen events such as traffic jams etc, and mainly applies in peak periods. Booking early helps to make sure we can schedule you properly.
2.a You are responsible for damage to the vehicle
2b. Major soiling of the taxi such as vomit will incur a $49.95 cleaning fee. Please drink responsibly and don't expect the driver to act like an ambulance where you have gone over the top. We will be unlikely to ever take you again if you get out of control which is regrettable for both of us.
2ba. Please treat the vehicle and the driver with respect. The door is a sliding one which should not be slammed back on it's hinges.
2c. If you are feeling sick, please inform the driver who will make appropriate arrangements. We will attempt to still get you home, but you must follow the drivers directions. See point 2b (drink responsibly)
3a. Additional destinations after the fare is complete will be charged at an appropriate rate, but if the driver cannot do it he is not obligated, because he may have another booking to go to.
5. Please send us some testimonials if you can make the time. I know this is a bit of an effort, but we just want people to know that we delivere what we promise. These may be published but your identifying details will be left out unless you specifically wish to be mentioned.
6. Privacy Statement - The information collected in this form will only be used for delivering the service of taxi journeys and for no other reason and will not be provided to third parties outside our network
